The hotel is conveniently located near the zoo and is in the heart of the city. the room was clean, but nothing special. the bathroom was decent and had all the necessary amenities. the hotel staff was friendly and quick to respond to our requests. Breakfast was average, but the restaurant had a good selection of drinks.

Best aspects of the hotel were the spacious room and comfortable bed. The breakfast had a good range of options and was located in a pleasant area. The location was also superb, with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Worst aspects of the hotel were the amateurish service in the bar and restaurant, and the noisy mornings due to other businesses nearby. The bathroom was quite small and lacked plugs, making it inconvenient.

Well, most of we liked the location of Moskva hotel - it is situated in the heart of historical center of Kaliningrad. It was very comfortable for us to travel on foot.

only the speed of WiFi in our room.

Centrally located, spacious and quiet room, helpful staff with good English, excellent location opposite the Zoo, accessible to bus stops and taxis, free Wi-Fi.

The location is very good, as is everything else, really.

The only thing that got on our nerves is the security - or what do you call the man who sits next to the elevator and asks if we really live here. Apparently, a room key is not enough proof - you should always carry with you a special pink paper that they give you on check-in.

The hotel is quite centrally located and has good access to different parts of the city. There is a taxi station just beside the hotel, so you can take taxi easily from the entrance (it costs around 5 euros to go to city by taxi). The room and furnitures are comfortable and worth the price.

The rooms don't have hairdryer, and it usually takes 5-6 minutes for the bathroom water to become warm. You have to leave the water running for a few minutes before you take shower.Hotel staff speak very poor english. Although they understand you, and you undersatnd them, but still communication is hard. Hotel doesn't have a big lobby, just 2-3 armchairs.

We loved the central location of the hotel which made it easy to find restaurants and grocery stores. The hotel facilities were clean and the hotel staff was friendly. We also appreciated the free parking and the proximity to public transportation.

Nothing that we didn't like.

You need to pay for wi-fi; on Saturday there is no chance to find a place in the hotel restaurants unless you've booked in advance.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. It is also close to popular tourist destinations and within walking distance. The rooms are quite spacious and provide a comfortable base for a city break.

The staff was very rude and unhelpful during check-in, demanding unnecessary documentation and questioning our status. The overall service was disappointing, with no effort made to accommodate our needs or make our stay more comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was also questionable, with dirty carpets and a lack of fresh towels and amenities. it was a frustrating experience and not worth the money.
